Your Agreement with MarriagePoint

Membership Fee:

Marriage Point requires a £25.00 annual joining fee to be paid at the time of registration.
A year of membership is granted with this non-refundable cost, starting on the day of registration.

Renewal of Membership:

It is mandatory for members to pay the £25 renewal fee each year.
If the membership is not renewed, services and match access will cease.

Services Provided:

To help members find possible matches, Marriage Point offers matching services.
To create a profile, members must provide correct and genuine information.

Creating Profiles and Arranging Matches:

Every user will have a profile made for them based on the data they have supplied.
A member’s uploaded photo, preferences, and personal information can all be found in their profile.
Using common interests and preferences, matchmaking services seek to introduce users to possible partners.

Private and confidentiality:

Secret and Private Information: Marriage Point values its members’ privacy and won’t share
personal data without authorization.
Members are able to manage the information that is visible to possible matches.

Termination of Membership:

Members are able to end their membership at any moment.
Following termination, the member’s profile will be deleted from Marriage Point’s database and access to the services will stop.

Liability:

Marriage Point does not ensure that matches will work out; rather, it serves as a matchmaking facilitator.
Members are in charge of their communications and selections of possible matches.
Marriage Point disclaims any responsibility for any mismatched pairs or results of member interactions.

Acceptance of terms:

Members consent to be bound by these terms and conditions by completing the registration process and paying the membership fee.

Terms Modification:

Marriage Point retains the right, at its sole discretion, to change these terms and conditions.
Any modifications will be communicated to the members.
